l This is in response to your letter dated May 27, 1980, in which you described several changes in your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan. These changes are proposed to be made under the provision of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have reviewed your revised pages and have detennined that their intent s
is acceptable. We have added several qualifying words for two of the proposed changes as shown in the attachment to this letter. These proposed changes have been discussed with you and Mr. Ken Duffy of your staff.
I believe they are acceptable to you. The proposed word (or modification of these words) should be reflected in the next revision to your FNMC plan.
The revised language should be used in your internal procedures.
We have detennined that the attachment to your letter dated May 27, 1980, and the attachment to this response centains infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2,790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790 (d)(1), such infonnation is deemed to be commercial or financial to disclosure only in accdrdance. with the provisions cf 10 CFR 9.12.
