This is to forward ten (10) controlled copies of the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company's Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, Emergency Response Plan Implementation Procedures (ERPIP), Revision 0, in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, naragraph V (Implementing Procedures). This document supersedes our present Site Emergency Plan Innlenentation Procedures (SEPIP), Revision 10, in entirety on December 15, 1930, and includes nrocedures that inplement criteria described in NUREG-0654, Criteria for Preparation and Evaluation of Radiological Ener-gency Response Plans and Preparedness in Support of fluclear Power Plants.
Three additional controlled copies of the ERPIPs are also Deing transmitted l
to llRC - Region I Office of Inspection and Enforcement.

Our intention for implementing these ERPIPs prior to the NRC scheduled date of April 1,1981, is to provide Calvert Cliffs with an upgraded emergency planning program that is compatible with current emergency planning concepts.
