MEMORANDUM TECH. & ENV. SERVICES T0:
Mr. Charlie Adams FROM:
Sharon Tilley
SUBJECT:
Tech Spec Change for ANO Fish Impingement As you requested, I have made an analys'is of the winter fish impingement data.
I folicwed Mike Masnik's instructions (NRC) by getting the three day weekly average, then getting a two day weekly average for samples 1 and 2, 2 and 3, and 1 and 3.
I then calculated the percent over or under the three day average of the difference of each of the two day samples.
I have included a graph plotting the weekly percent of each sample indicating the points plus or minus 15% of the three day average.
I am including my work papers in case specific weekly numbers are needed to help evaluate the samples.
I worked in three winters data to help get a better trend analysis.
In the following Table, I listed each year's number and percent as well as the average of the three years. As you can see, the three sanples on the three year average are well within the 15% or 20% Mike Masnik suggested as accept-able.
