NRC-HQ-60-15-C-0012 M0021 The purpose of this contract modification is to: 1) replace clause 52.227-14 RIGHTS IN DATA-GENERAL (MAY 2014) with clause 52.227-14 RIGHTS IN DATA-GENERAL (MAY 2014) -
ALTERNATE IV (DEC 2007)); and 2) replace clause 52.216-7 ALLOWABLE COST AND PAYMENT (JUN 2013) with clause 52.216-7 ALLOWABLE COST AND PAYMENT (AUG 2018)
- ALTERNATE II (AUG 2012). Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Clause 52.227-14 RIGHTS IN DATA-GENERAL (MAY 2014) is replaced with clause 52.227-14 RIGHTS IN DATA-GENERAL. (MAY 2014) - ALTERNATE IV (DEC 2007),
which is hereby incorporated by reference into the contract.
