i Thank you for your letter of September 17, 1980, in response to our letter dated July 31, 1980. As a result of our review, we find that additional information on the following items in the Notice of Deviation is needed:

Your response fails to describe any actions that have been taken to preclude future personnel use of non-controlled tools and gauges in ASME valve mant facture.

C.

Please describe what actions-have been or will be taken with respect to verification of adequacy of machined radii in castings, that had been subjected to flange machining operations prior to identification of this deviation.

Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete oyr review in a timely manner.
