WESTINGHOUSE WATER REACTOR DIVISIONS' CHANGES In your letter dated October 28, 1980 you notified us of organizational changes and planned changes within the Westinghouse' Water Reactor Divisions. These changes involve consolidation of the manufacture of steam generators and pres-surizers at the Pensacola Plant of the Nuclear Component Division, creation of a Business Development Department within the Nuclear Commercial Operations Divi-sion, and the development of mobile structural analysis systems by the Nuclear Technology Division. You indicate that these changes have no impact on the Westinghouse quality assurance programs described in WCAP-8370 and WCAP-7800.

Based on the information provided, we find the organization changes acceptable.

Please ' incorporate these changes in the next revision of WCAP-8370.
