GRAHAM MANUFACTURING'S REQUEST TO EXPORT COMPONENTS TO REPUBLIC OF KOREA, VIA CANADA, FOR WOLSUNG I (XCOM0459)
Graham Manu4cturing has requested expeditious processing of this export license request as the equipment is urgently required in Canada by their subsidiary for further manufacturing purposes. Graham was not aware that this type of equipment required a specific NRC license before it could be exported.
i The staff has detennined that the proposed export meets the three export 1
licensing criteria under Section 109b of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, and will not be inimical to the common defense and security of the United States.
Due to the urgent requirement of the equipment, this license was issued without the customary 15-day waiting period.
