Dear Mr. Keppler:
Illinois Power Company is planning certain repairs to its Clinton Power Station Unit One.
Baldwin Associates has been' authorized to perform this work.
This notification is in accordance with subarticle IWA 1400,Section XI, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

The planned repairs are as follows :
If shown necessary by inspection, repair disc / guide bar misalignments per manufs.cturer's instructions (NCR 3455) on valves ISF004, IE12F014A, 1E12F014B, lE12F068A, lE12F068B and 1FC003A.
The above work will be accomplished in accordance with

the 1974 Edition, Su=cer 1975 Addenda, requirements of Section XI, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
The repair plan, procedures, and related documents will be available for your review at the site.
