EnMeri pisase find a letter from Westinghouse Electric Corporation reqensting in amendment to export license XR-103 to extend the expira-tion date to Cecember 31, 2021. Due to the 40-year extension request, we would like the views of the Executive Branch as to whether the preposed amendment meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended by the Nuclear Nonproliferation Act of 1978.
