Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 EPICOR II Resin Solidification Procurement Specification Attached is the Technical Requirements portion of the Procurement Specifi-cation for an EPICOR II Resin Solidification Service which we expect to issue soon. Because of past concerns expressed by NRC relating to the Soli-dification Progra=, we are soliciting your review and comments in parallel w_th issuing this specification to assure that NRC concerns may be f actored into the program. We expect that approval for use of the finally installed system will be based on a topical report together with a site specific evaluation in Technical Evaluation Report (TER) format, submitted by us.
