The Commission has declined any review.
Accordingly, the decision became final agency action on November 12, 1980.
In reaching its decision the Commission did not consider your October 16, 1980 letter to Chairman Ahearne.
Under 10 CFR,2.206(c)(2) the Commission will not entertain any petition or other request for Commission review of a Director's decision on a 2.206 petition.
Nonetheless,.your letter has been referred to the NRC Staff for appropriate action.
