YELLOW CREEK NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDIT M80-7 DEFICIENCIES 2, 3, 5, AND 14 - SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. Thomas on September 23, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

A first interim report was submitted ars October 23, 1980. We expect to submit our next report by March 20, 1981.

The following construction quality assurance audit deficiency is also con-sidered to be a significant condition adverse to quality. This deficiency is in addition to deficiencies 2, 3, and 5 identified in the first interim report and is identified as deficiency 14 of audit M80-7.

(14) Contrary to TVA QA requirements and the requirements of QAPP16 R1, Corrective Action, some conditions adverse to quality are being reported on procedure revision request forms.

TVA is continuing to evaluate these deficiencies.
