I did find a later revision than the 1974 version.
This copy was approved on March 24, 1977 and reflect the Physical Security Plan in Section I.C.
It also corrects the change from AEC to NRC and a change in the location of the Health Physics Office.
Other changes delt with several operating procedures.
As noted on the copy that I am sending, the Rules and Regulations were reviewed May 29, 1979 with no changes.
It was noted at this time that the last five area monitors listed on page 12 were not in operation. These were briefly made functional, bu+ are again non-operable at this time.
The Rules and Regulations will be reviewed this year by the Nuclear Reactor
. Committee, but I don't anticipate any changes.
