River Bend Station - Units 1 & 2 Refer to: RIV Docket Nos. 50-458/I&E Bulletin 80-20 50-459/I&E Bulletin 80-20 The subject Westinghouse Type W-2 control switches with spring return to neutral position are not used in safety-related applications at our River Bend facility. The switches are not specified in our A/E's (Stone & Webster) or NSSS Vendor's (General Electric) ,, cope of supply.

Your request for an estimate of the manpower expended in conduct of the review and preparation of the response required is estimated at 50 manhours. This includes the manpower expended by Gulf States Utilities (Gb'I), GE, and S&W to prepare this response.

This completes our response to I&E Bulletin 80-20.
