applications.
It is my understanding that you have sent similar letters to the appropriate ~
Executive Branch agencies and that the response from the Department of State will address more specifically your concerns regarding U.S. Government export control requirements. As you are aware, NRC' cannot take further action on these cases until after receipt of Executive 3 ranch views. Executive Branch views on export license applications form a basis for NRC's independent review and final determination in each case.
I can assure you that the Commission is following the nuclear-related developments with respect to Argentina and is prepared to consider and act upon your applications upon receipt of final Executive Branch views.
