Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 EPICOR II Liner Metallurgical Evaluation This is further to our letter of November 14, 1980 (TLL 592), concerning the date by which we vill submit the subject report to you.
In that letter, we said you would have this date by November 21, 1980.
However, as discussed with your Mr. Kalman, on November 21, the unavail-ability of a principal participant in this effort, on that day, prevented us from supplying the information.
The report related to this is now being finalized. We are meeting with the NRC on December 3, 1980, if that meeting does not result in signi-ficant changes in the thinking embodied in the report, changing the con-clusions therein, the report will be available on December 15, 1980.
