Plan, a copy of which was sent to you on Sepgember-10, 1180, deals with security coverage "in the event t'fla t otR1 if guardforce contractor is unable to supply the necessary personnel".
UNC Recovery Systems is currently experiencing some attrition of contract security personnel due to site decommissioning.
As a result, remaining personnel are required to work overtime to provide the required coverage.
To alleviate these shortages thus deferring implementation of the Emergency Security Coverage Plan, UNC Recovery Systems will, until security requirements are no-longer required, train replacements to perform individual, rather than overall guard duties.
Rather than train new person-nel for all guard posts, training for one or two specific posts wi'l be accomplished.
If it becomes necessary to utilize..ew personnel in a capacity for which they have not been trained, the necessary training will be accomplished prior to assignment.
This change to the UNC Recovery Systems' Training and qualification Plan, submitted pursuant to 10CFR 70.32(e),
will not decrease the effectiveness of UNC Re
