DPR-42 00-306 60 Uperaded Emergency Plans Th is letter is to acknowledge receipt of Mr Clark's hovember 14 letter cover-ing comment on the upgraded Prairie Island Emergency Plan which we submitted August 15, 1980. As indicated in your !ctter, our plan addresses the standards in the revised 10CFR50 which became ef fect ive November 3, 1980.
Therefore it appears that our submittal has met the schedule req uireme nt of January 2, 1981 according to Section 50.54(u).
We are proceeding to develop revisions to the plan responsive to your comments. We have scheduled completion of these revisions by February 1, 1981 and will furnish copies to you.
In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (s)(1), by January 2, 1981 we will furnish you 13 copies of state and local government radiological emergency response plans.
Additionally 13 copies of the implement ing procedures for the Prairie Island Emergency Plan will be submitted by March i, 1981.
