In-accordance with the provisions of Reference (1), an application to amend Provisional Operating! License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water. Reactor was filed by Reference (3).
The enclosureLof' Reference (3) contained Section 6.0, Administrative Controls.
Included in this section was page 6-3, containing Figure 6.2.2-1, Facility, Organization.
This figure should be revised as there has been'a recent change in the facility organization.
A revised page 6-3 is enclosed with this letter.
