G. Eisenhut to H. G. Parris dated September 19, 1980, TVA conducted an intensive search and reviaw of all availa51e data for tFe safety-related equipment installed at the Browns Ferry Nuclea" Plant. The review was done to evaluate environmental qualificatior, o* the installed equipment.
Enclosed are five copies of the report docur.enting the results of that evaluation.
The report is interded to provide all information needed to prepare a safety evaluation of the safety-related equipment installed at the Browns Ferry Fuele?r Plant.
In the preparation of this report TVA has expended approximately 90 man-months. Because of the amount of equipment data reviewed and the time constraints, we are unable to provide a detailed schedule for testine or replacenent of equipment. We will provide this information as soon as possible.
