- 1. Answers to Questions 39 through 53 (except for part (1) (c) of Question 45 which will be answered at a later date after discussions with the NRC, staff and their consultant, ETEC).
- 2. Update of the previous information supplied, including piezometer readings, settlement readings, plots of cross-sections of new borings, conunitment dates provided in responses to Question 23, settlement profiles, and a plan view e,f boring locations.
With respect to Question 37, we believe that this amendment as well as the information supplied in Amendment 81 satisfies the concerns raised in Question 37, i'
