The inspectors also contacted other plant personnel including reactor
operators, maintenance men, electricians, technicians and administrative
personnel.

Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings
(Closed) Open Item (50-267/7922-01): Defective bolt material. The licensee
has completed their tests relative to the defective bolt marerial (See
paragraph 6 of IE Report 79-22 and 11 of IE Report 80-01) and have concluded
that the " loose-nut" conditions observed on circulators C2102/03 steam
inlet flanges were primarily a result of low torque valves applied to the
flange bolting and not the defective stud material.
(Closed) Item of Noncompliance (50-267/8010-03):
Fire watch not properly
posted.
Procedural instructions regarding fire watch duties have been
reiterated to those individuals concerned with fire watch duties. Add-
itionally, spot checks by the inspectors have indicated proper fire watches
are in effect.
(Closed) Item of Noncompliance (50-267/8010-04):
Changes to procedures
without required approval.
The actions specified in the licensees
responses P-80196 and P30292 have been reviewed by the inspector.
(Closed) Item of Noncompliance (50-267/8014-01): Failure to identify
test equipment used to identify equipment calibrated and to record use
of test equipment for surveillances.
The licensee has corrected the
ommissions and have revised procedure RP-21 to provide for records of
the equipment used for surveillances.
