AMEN 0 MENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-16 AMENCHENT NO. 9 Effective May 1,1977. Indemnity Agreenent No. E-16 between The Regents of the University of California, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 9,1962. as amended. is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4. Article I, to read as follows:
"In the course of transportation" means in the course of transportation within the United States, or in the cot:rse of transportation outside the United States and any other nation, including handling or tenporary storage incidental thereto, of the radioactive material to the location or from the location provided that:
