'j AMEN 0 MENT NO. 7 Effective May 1, 1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-53, between The Regents of the University of California, and the Atorsic Energy Commission, dated August 5,1969, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$125~,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$140,000,000."
