ISSUANCE OF VIRGIL C. SUMMER DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT SUPPLEMENT IN RESPONSE TO JUNE 13, 1980 COMMISSION POLICY STATEMENT REGARDING ACCIDENT CONSIDERATIONS The enclosed Supplement to the Virgil C. Sumer plant Statement (NUREG 0534, Supple-ment) has been issued and was distributed for public connent on November 10, 1980.
Its availability is being noticed in the Federal Register (a copy of our Notice is enclosed) and coments will be due by December 29, 1980.
This is the first environmental statement issued in response to your interim policy that was published in the Federal Register on June 13, 1980, regarding accident considerations.
