SUBJECT:
MATERIALS AGING SEMINAR I have scheduled a seminar on materials aging for September 16, 1980, 9:00 a.m. in Room P114, Phillipt Building, Bethesda, Maryland. The principal speakers will be Dr. Ken Gillen and Dr. Roger Clough, both of Sandia Laboratories. They have been working in this field for a number of years for 'the NRC and other sponsors.
I have arranged for two separate sessions. The morning session, starting
-at 9:00 a.m., will be an overview of the current state-of-the-art, the current issues and the work done to date in the NRC research program. An afternoon session, starting at 1:00 p.m., is intended as a working session for those in NRC working directly in the field.
