NIPSCO's " Request for Consolidation of Replies," dated September 3 t
1980, provided that the time for Porter County Chapter Intervenors to file our reply to NIPSCO's Response to Revised Contentiens also is extended to September 26, 1980.
Counsel for NIPSCO has authorized h
the undersigned to state that NIPSCO has no objection to this request The existing schedule calls for simultaneous filing of replies by NIPSCO and by Porter County Chapter Intervenors.
If both NIPSCO's request and this request are granted, the replies will still be required to be filed simultaneously.
