This is in response to your letter of June 26, 1980. We have detemined that the granting of your request will not endanger life or property or the corton defense and security and is othemise in the public interest.
Accordingly, you are hereby granted a specific exception to the require-monts of 10 CFR Parts 73.67(e) and (g) for the transport of special nu-clear material of raoderate and low strategic significance orovided that the reterial is in the fom of scrap intended for burial as described in your letter of June 26, 1960.
