described in your letter of July 1,1980.
y The route and law enforcement contact information (enclosed) previously provided us by your letter of February 13, 1980 and the advance route infomation provided in your July 1,1980 letter are considered to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 73.37 and accordingly are approved.
Please provide the route and law enforcement contact information to your carrier along with instructions regarding its use.
Please note that assuring highway safety is the responsibility of the licensee and the carrier and our approval is not intended to provide relief in this regard.
Furthermore, the approval does not guarantee that there will be no local or state legislation applicable to the route that restricts or prohibits the movement of radioactive materials.
i You are reminded that the notification requirements of 10 CFR Part 73.72 for each individual shipment still apply.
C Since the enclosure to your proposal dated July 1,1980 contains infor-nation of a type specified in 10 CFR Part 2.790(d), it is deemed to l's coanercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFk Part 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with I
