ORDER REVISING PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE (September 8, 1980)
A partial revision of schedule dates as set forth in our Order of August 13, 1980 was the subject of a Joint Motion filed by Houston Lighting and Power Company, Texas Utilities Company, City of Austin, City Public Service Board of San Antonio, NRC Staff, Departmant of Justice and the Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc.
Good cause having been shown, the procedural schedule in this consolidated proceeding is revisedN as follows:
September 12, 1980 Status reports on settlement shall be submitted to the Board by 12:30 p.m.; including pro-posed settlement on license conditions, unresolved issues, and suggestions for hearing procedures.
September 15, 1980 Prehearing Conference, to settle remaining issues.
MThe new dates suggested in the Joint Motion have been adopted with the exception of the Final Prehearing Conference, which conflicted with prior Board Member commitments.
