Dear Mr. Keppler:
Referance (a) transmitted the results of an inspection conducted by Messrs. A. G. Finley and J. P. Patterson on July 9-11, 1980 of activities at Quad Cities Station Unit 1.
Appendix A to that letter indicated that certain of our activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements.
Attachment A to this letter provides our response to the items of noncompliance identified in Appendix A.
This attachment should not be placed in the Public Document Room since it contains information exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 requirements.
