to the attention.'of the Intervenors' acting representative in this proceeding, upon return from travel recently, that the NRC Staff had filed a statement'from the pilot neferenced in the sworn testimony of Dr. Judith H. Johnsrud in the February,1980, additional evidentiary hearing before the Appeal-Board on the unresolved is' sue of the probability and con-sequerces of the crash of an aircraft heavier than the plant containment was designed to withstand.
By this response, the Intervenors' witness restates that the statements in that oral testimony were true and accurate, and notes to the Appeal Board that those statements were delivenid under oath.
