On July 31, 1980, the Commission extended the time for consideration of the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation's denial of your re' quest for an order to show cause and an order enjoining operation of Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, because of steam generator tube degradation at the facility. The time period for review elapsed on August 14, 1980 without the Commission taking any action to revie-in whole or in part. Therefore, the decision of the Director, pursuant to ;.0 CFR 2.206(c)(1), is the final agency action in this proceeding.
