Wright on June 1*,, 1980, in tocordance with 10 CFR 50(e). An interim report was subattted ora July 9,1980.

Wo expect to sub=it cur next report by November 6,1980. We consider 10 CFR 21 applicable to this deficiency. TVA and vendor representatives have met, and rework of fillet weld has been performed by vendor representatives at the TVA Yellow Creek Nuclear Plant site.
