Enclosed are three (3) original and forty (40) conformed copies of Revision 2 to BAW-1598, Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, Cycle 2 Reload Report dated January, 1980 and Revision 1 dated May 19, 1980. The attachment transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (DB-1) and explains the reasons for the changes to the Reload Report.
The attached modifications propose changes in the DB-1 Technical Specifications, Appendix A.
A list of effective pages for the Reload Report is enclosed.
