Individ;al dose and p:;ulation dose up to a 50-mile radius from the plant shall be assessed.
f?on-radiological ir. pact involving the release of toxic gases and liquid effluents frc,m rcatine and accidental releases shall be assessed.
The above will constitute the bases for determining the environmental igacts of the proposed actions.
In addition, the contractor shall provide an enalysis of reasonable alternatives to the I;RC Troject Officer.
These alternatives and recor..andations shall center on m:ans of reducing or avoiding adverse environnan-tal effect,s and on alternative uses of available resources.
3.0 Additional Materials to be Furnished by :RC Froject l'anager The ?;RC Troject Managar will prcvide the foll wing raterials to the contractor within two days of contract award:

Proposed 10 CFR Part 51 Environc. ental Impact Appraisal (B&V Apollo Plant) 4.0 Travel After initial review of data, the contractor shall visit the above facility to acquire the site specific data and additional information nomssary to prepare the EIA.
