'o co This is to confirm our telephone conversation o this afternoon, February 25, 1977.
You called to inform me of the contents of an order issued by the Eoard, which order includes a postponement of the date for reccmmencing the hearings from March 7 to March 9.
At that point I asked whether it would be posuible to obtain a 2-day extension in the time for filing additional testimony from Monday, February 28 to Wednesday, March 2.
I indicated that it appeared we would be unable to complete preparation of our additonal testimony by February 28.
I further indicated that the reason for my request is the current unavailability, due to an unexpected personal matter, of Mr.
Renfrow.
You indicated that you would amend your order requiring Licensee to file its additional testimody (including rebuttal) on February 28 by permitting filing on March 2.
You asked me to confirm this change by a letter to you with copies to all parties.
