SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF HEARING On October 18, 1978 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board published in the Federal Register a notice of hearing on the application for a facility operating license by the Consumers Power Company for its Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The Notice provided that a special pre-hearing conference pursuant to 10 CFR 92.751(a) would commence on November 15, 19711 All parties to this pro-ceeding have agreed to a postponement of the prehearing conference, which has been rescheduled for December 14, 1978 beginning at 9:30 A.M. at the 75th District Court, Courtroom No. 2, Courthouse, Midland, Michigan 48640.
