As promised, I am enclosing a copy of the new emergency plan proposed for the Big Rock Point plant.
The new plan implements various and sundry new requirements
" established" by the NRC Staff in the wake of the accident at Three Mile Island.
l The plan was developed in cooperation with the NRC Staff and various local jurisdictions, and the attached copy of the plan reflects comments furnished by the Staff on an earlier draft.
We are preparing answers to your interrogatories dealing with the emergency plan and we should be sending them to you shortly.
