MINUTES OF CONFERENCE CALL RELATING TO BIG ROCK SPENT FUEL POOL PROCEEDING Date of Conference Call - April 7, 1980

SUBJECT:
ADDITIONAL BOARD QUESTIONS SET FORTH IN ORDER DATED MARCH 27, 1980 The Board and parties discussed the time at which the additional Board questions would be answered and the manner in which they would be answered.
It was agreed that testimony would be provided on these questions by the parties at the time of the hearing.
It was also agreed that discovery on these Board questions within the presently existing discovery schedule would be proper, unless at some time in the future Licensee objected to these questions as beyond the l'
scope of the present proceeding and the Board sustained Licensee's objection.

The Board and parties also discussed a mailgram sent to the Board by Intervenor Christa-Maria and all agreed that the mailgram was not relevant to the proceeding s'coassoAg o
presently before the Board. Counsel for Intervenors Christa-Maria, et al.,
agreed to discuss the matter further with his client.
Since Staff counsel was unable to contact Mr. O'Neill before the time of the conference call, Staff counsel undertook to inform Mr. O'Neill of the contents of the discussions and agreements reached during the call and to prepare minutes of the conference call.
