Physical Security Plan - Report of Change Cooper Nuclear Station
Dear Mr. Ippolito:
In accordance with the previsions of 10CFR Part 50.54(P), the Nebraska Public Power District would like ta aubmit a report of a change to the Physical Security Plan Revision 9 for Cooper Nuclear Station. A de-scription of each change, which we believe does not decrease the ef-fectiveness of the plan, is enclosed.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR Part 2.790(d)(1), we request that the attached report be treated as proprietary information and withheld from public disclosure.
