Pursus.nt to the requirements of 10 CFR 71.12, Philadelphia Electric Company, as holder of operating licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56, l

hereby notifies you of our intent to ship radioactive waste in l

certified containers. It is Philadelphia Electric's intention to load these certified containers and then transfer the material to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. of Bellevue, Washington. Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. will be responsible for the shipment of the certified containers l

from our site and for the burial arrangements.

In addition to those Chem-Nuclear Systems casks listed in our letter of July 12, 1978 and October 5, 1979, it is our intention to utilize the following Chem-Nuclear System cask for shipment of Radioactive waste.
