Dear Ms. Cyphert:
Yesterday you indicated to me that you had not received Houston's pleadings moving to compel documents with regard to subpoenas to Elton McGinnes and Parker Wetzel until Monday of this week.
I had arranged for a messenger to deliver those pleadings to you last Friday.
If this was not done, I sincerely apologize.
As I indicated to you yesterday, we have consented to a 14 day extension to respond to these motions, at the request of Mr. O'Neil, counsel for Southwest Texas Electric Cooperative and Midwest Electric Cooperative.
That exten-sion, as I indicated, would of course also apply to the Department of Justice.
If that time is insufficient, please let me know.
