Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3 Docket Nos. 50-277 and 50-278
Dear Mr. Saltzman:
My letters of July 29, 1977, and February 8, 1978, advised you that Philadelphia Electric Company would submit annually on March 15 on behalf of the co-owners of the Peach Bottom facility certified financial statements and c' ash flow projecticns as evidence of the guarantee of payment of deferred premiums as required by the Price-Anderson Act, as amended, and the Commission's regulations.
We have been advised by Public Service Electric and Gas Company that it expects to receive a rate decision from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities on or about March 15, 1980, and it believes that it would be appropriate to base its 1980 cash flow pro tetion on the rates reflected in that decision.
Accordingly, ublic Service Electric and Gas Company has advised us that its portion of the filings due to the Commission by March 15 will not be available until about April 15, 1980.
It is our understanding that in connection with Salem Generating Station Unit 1, Docket No. 50-272, Public Service Electric and Gas Company has received your concurrence to delaying the filingj of the required documents until April 15, 1980.

In order to provide the Commission with a single, up-to-date filing on behalf of all the co-owners of the Peach Bottom facility, we are requesting that the date for filing the required documents on behalf of the Peach Bottom owners be delayed until April 15, 1980.
