Dear Mr. Hudgins:
Please refer to our letter dated January 30,19fs0, requesting your assistance in obtaining an assurance letter for an amendment to export license XSNM01452.
In a recent conversation with William Mowry of General Atomic, we were advised that the amendment request was for an additional two (2) grams of uranium rather than 0.16 gram as we had originally thought.
- Please, therefore, request an assurance letter for an additional two grams of uranium enriched to 93% uranium-235.
