Dear Mr. Grimes:
In accordance with our letter of January 29, 1980 (P-800ll), we are transmitting herewith one (1) copy of a preliminary draf t of our evacuability study in response to your letter of November 29.
It should be noted that this study is presently under internal review as well ao review by State and local entities, and in this respect is subject to revision pending comments that may be received.
We will forward the final issue of this study as soon as the reviews can be completed.
