Haddam Neck Plant Site Energency Plan In Reference (1), Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) was requested to prepare and submit an updated emergency plan for the Haddam Neck Plant by January 1, 1980. This request was fulfilled by Reference (2).
Since submittal of Reference (2), several errors have been identified, which should be correctcd in your copies of the Emergency Plan.
The errors are as follows:
In three (3) of the dose curves in Appendix B, (1) Figure la, " Dose Rate at Equipment Hatch" y coordinate reads
" Dose Rate (MRDI/HR)".
The y coordinate should read " Dose Rate (RDI/HR)".
(2) Figure 2a, " Dose Rate at Equipment Hatch" y coordinate reads
" Dose Rate (MRDI/HR)".
The y coordinate should read " Dose Rate (RS!/HR)".
(3) Figure 3a, title is " Dose Rate at Equipment Hatch".
The title should be " Dose Rate at Manipulator Crane".
Corrected copies are enclosed.
