I am in receipt of your letter to me of August 15, 1980, inquiring whether you are still on the Commission's service list for the captioned proceeding.
As a limited appearee, you would not ordinarily receive copies of all documents filed with regard to the Allens Creek application; such service of documents is made only upon full parties to the proceeding.
Your name has been on our limited service list for some time now.
Persons on that list receive notices of all prehearing conferences and evidentiary hearings, and a copy of the initial decision of the Licensing Board, when that is rendered.
I have confinned with the Commission's Docketing and Service Section that a copy of the order scheduling the August 13, 1980 prehearing conference was mailed to all persons on the limited service list. Therefore, you should have received it.
