DNL Technical Assistance to the Division of Systems Integration, NRR, NRC
" State-of-the-Art Review and Evaluation of Systems Interaction Methods" (A3348)
N The enclosed NRC Fom 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is bereby submitted in accordance with Section III, B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding dated February 24, 1978.
Funding authorization in the amount of $40,000 to inrediately begin work on the enclosed Statement of Work, which has been discussed with Dr. R. Bari of BNL, is provided by the enclosed NRC Fom 173. The balance of funds required for completion of this project will be provided incrementally for FY 1930 after receipt of an acceptable pmposal.
Standard tems and conditions for NRC work, as provided in the DOE /NRC !!emorandum of Understanding of February 24, 1978, and described in NRC Bulletin 1102-6 should be used as the basis for preparing a proposal.
If a portion of this work is subcontracted out, we require that BNL have a professional assigned to the task who is qualified to defend the results. He also require that NRC approve the l
subcoatractor prior to initiation of his effort. Please submit a proposal containing, as a minimum, the infomation set forth in Enclosure 2, proposal j
contract, in the femat of the Statement of Work to:
