A License Amendment Request dated October 30, 1979 reqv:sted authorization for these special chlorination programs to be conducted up to twice in each calendar year. The amendment issued November 2, 1979 authorized only a single chlorination program since the NRC staff wished to review the results of the first treatment before authorizing repetitive treatments requested by the licensee. The EIA for the November 2, 1979 amendment stated "... there will be no environmental impact attributable to the proposed actions other than has already been predicted and described in the Commission's FES...".
